Just been to the uni gym, and i forgot how much I love the gym, defiantely considering joining next year. Just the one of sessions for now I think, couldn’t believe it was a fiver. Bit harsh I thought considering its part of the uni. But never mind, it was well worth it. I love happy exercise make me, I am on top of the world :-)

I never realised how much I need other people. Just random chatting to two people today has made me feel so much better. Its so easy to sit around and feel sorry for yourself, but its better to get out there, have a laugh and forget your problems. :-)
